Human sacrifice has existed for thousands of years and was practiced in most cultures. In this opportunity, we will talk about the sacrifices in the Inca culture. The Incas made sacrifices called "capacocha" in order to avoid natural disasters, since it was believed that in this way these would not occur and that they would even benefit. In remote ages of  Peru women have been discriminated and forced to do sacrifice rituals to the gods. Juanita was an example of offering a teenager girl to Wiracocha in a ceremony.  Also, these sacrificed girls were considered a gift of the gods, that means they were chosen by the gods to die and to go to another world.  Until the appearance of Juanita, we had no proof that the Incas also sacrificed women in their rituals, but thanks to her we know more about the history of our country. First Woman in Peruvians History Presidency

On December 12th of 2022, the ex President Pedro Castillo was ousted from the presidency after he announced the dissolution of congress and the convocation of new parliamentary elections. Vice President of the republic Dina Boluarte assumed the presidency of the Republic of Peru after the presidential vacancy. Additionally, in the last five years, the country has had six presidents and two congresses, while corruption scandals, dismissals and deep divisions have undermined the government's ability to function. Who is Dina Boluarte, current President of Peru? Dina Boluarte was born on May 31, 1962 in Chalhuanca, Apurimac, Peru.   In the 1990s, a national population program in Peru aimed to promote birth control and reduce poverty. However, what followed was a horrifying chapter in the country's history, with thousands of women, predominantly from indigenous communities, subjected to forced sterilizations. These women, who sought to lead normal lives, were coerced, blackmailed, and even forcibly restrained to undergo the procedure.
