In the year 2022, Forbes, which is a renowned magazine focused on business and finance in the United States, prepared for the first time a list that highlights 50 leaders from different spheres of public life who inspire and influence their areas of expertise. work, but who also seek to close gender gaps.

According to Forbes (2022) "This second edition of Forbes Peru magazine has an exponential purpose: to highlight the contribution of Peruvian women in business, the economy, academia, art, science and culture, among other sectors.

In addition, in this publication, the magazine highlights 50 leaders (5 of them appear on the cover) who inspire and influence their areas of work, but who also seek to close gender gaps and end stereotypes in Peru.

The criteria for selecting the characters were: hard power (the resources they manage, such as income or net worth), their impact (number of collaborators or the size of the population they lead), dynamic power (audiences, communities and creative influence). and soft power (what they do with their influence).".
